September 4, 2015

Simon opened the 250,000-sf expansion of Chicago Premium Outlets in Rosemont, Ill., on Aug. 27. The center, which originally opened in May 2004, is now 690,000 sf, the 9th largest outlet center in North America. The developer is also enhancing the original sections. The debuted the first Midwest outlet stores for Clarins and Robert Graham.
