Transactions: Who’s paying how much for what

ShopCore Properties sold the 128,300-square-foot Doral (Fla.) Plaza shopping center to Publix Super Markets. The chain operates an anchor store at the property.

$52.8 million 
Retail Value Inc. sold the 320,000-square-foot Beaver Creek Crossings, in Apex, N.C., near Raleigh, to an undisclosed buyer. Dick's Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, Five Below, HomeGoods, Old Navy, Regal Cinemas, T.J.Maxx, Tuesday Morning and Ulta Beauty anchor the property.

$42 million
LaSalle Investment Management sold the 103,000-square-foot Glen Gate shopping center, in Glenview, Ill., to Invesco Real Estate. A Mariano’s supermarket anchors the center. AT&T, Glenview Bank & Trust and Hair Cuttery are among the other tenants.

Arrowhead Towne Center, in Glendale, Ariz.

$27.5 million
Vestar purchased the 165,600-square-foot University Plaza shopping center, in Flagstaff, Ariz. The center is almost fully leased, and the anchors are Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less and Safeway. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

Macy's sold its real estate at The Galleria at White Plains (N.Y.) to the mall's owner, Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The Macy's store will continue operating there as a tenant.

The Shops at Abilene (Texas)

$27 million
Sterling Organization acquired the 109,500-square-foot Poway (Calif.) Crossings community shopping center, in a suburb of San Diego, from Greenstreet Real Estate Partners. HFF facilitated for the seller.

$20.1 million
The Shops at Abilene Village, a 145,000-square-foot, newly constructed, multitenant retail center in Abilene, Texas, was sold to Nooner Holdings Ltd., a Texas-based 1031 exchange investor. Academy Sports & Outdoors anchors the property. Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, Arizona-based Pillar Capital Group. 

University Plaza, in Flagstaff, Ariz.

$7.6 million
A multitenant pad building in Glendale, Ariz., traded hands. The 8,400-square-foot building, near the 1.2 million-square-foot Arrowhead Towne Center mall, is leased to Blaze Pizza, Pearle Vision, Tempur-Pedic and The Habit Burger Grill. Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors handled things for the seller, Indianapolis-based ECC Bell Road Property. Newport Beach, Calif.–based SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the buyer, a family trust based in Orange County, Calif.  

$3.7 million
A Chicago-based real estate company sold a single-tenant, net-leased Miller’s Ale House ground-lease property in Schaumburg, Ill., to a private investor. The Boulder Group arranged the sale.
