Last night, ICSC announced this year’s 4 Under 40, a group of rising stars chosen to represent the best of the industry’s young talent. Look for these rising stars on the cover of an upcoming issue of Shopping Centers Today.
“These individuals are regarded by their peers as leaders within the retail real estate industry — for their professional accomplishments and their outstanding reputation and contributions,” said Stephen Taylor, ICSC Director of Volunteer Services.
This year’s honorees are Carren Ballenger, director of real estate at New York City-based Shake Shack Enterprises; Daniel Katz, founder and managing partner of New York City-based KPR; Whitney Livingston, CRRP, chief operating officer, Projects at Dallas-based Centennial Real Estate LLC; Joseph M. Tichar, president & COO of New York City-based Raider Hill Advisors.
