Federal Realty Undergraduate Diversity Scholarship 

Eligibility criteria: 

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Member of an underrepresented racial/ethnic minority group in the retail real estate industry, including racial/ethnic minority groups, members of the LGBTQ community, and women
  • Full-time sophomore, junior or senior enrolled at an accredited university in the fall of 2019
  • For sophomores and juniors, the award is renewable for an additional year provided renewal criteria are met
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Demonstrated interest in retail real estate or related field 

Benefits include: 

  • $5,000 toward tuition, fees, books and supplies
  • All-expenses paid trip to ICSC RECon, the global retail real estate convention in Las Vegas, or a regional ICSC conference (required)
  • Pairing with an industry mentor (required)
  • Free ICSC student membership for duration of scholarship

Schurgin Family Foundation Scholarship

Eligibility criteria: 

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident 
  • Full-time college student enrolled at an accredited university in the fall of 2019

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA; for freshman a minimum high school 3.0 GPA 
  • ​Demonstrated  interest in the retail real estate industry or related field 
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and spirit 

Benefits include:

  • Demonstrated interest in the retail real estate industry or related field 

Benefits include:

  • Demonstrated interest in retail real estate or related field
