Ontario, Calif. dedicates its 120-acre Piemonte development near Ontario Mills; a Chicago-area developer has acquired more than 18 acres in Hazelwood, Mo., near St. Louis Mills; the North Charleston Fire Museum was set to open early this year next to Tanger Outlet Center in North Charleston, S.C., and site work began in November in Tilton, N.H., near a Tanger center, on a four-story, 92-room Hampton Inn.
