Wilmorite Acquires Macy’s Building for Marketplace Conversion

Wilmorite announced that it has purchased the Macy’s building at the Marketplace Mall in Henrietta, N.Y., as a key step in the plan to convert the center from a full-price mall to an outlet center. DOC&R Awards Three Outlet Scholarships

Three college students have been named the 2017 recipients of scholarships awarded by Developers of Outlet Centers and Retailers. Asheville Outlets Offers Free Shuttle Bus Service

Asheville Outlets announced a new, free shuttle bus service available for Asheville hotels, convention locations and local attractions. The bus will run daily on a call-for-service basis from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with final drop offs at 6:30 p.m. Additionally, the bus can be reserved for private group transportation to and from the outlet center.
