  According to the 2015 Macerich 10K filing, Fashion Outlets of Chicago, in Rosemont, Ill., generated sales of $734 psf, ranking it No. 11 of Macerich’s 50 shopping centers.   VF Outlet opened a 20,000-sf unit in May at Outlets of (Pearl) Mississippi. Resolution opens phase 2 at Rosada Fashion Outlet

  The 8,000-sqm phase 2 of the Rosada Fashion Outlet in Roosendaal, Netherlands, opened in May.
