Horizon exits Tulsa site fight

Horizon Group Properties has decided not to go forward with plans to develop an outlet center in Tulsa, Okla. According to the Tulsa World newspaper, Horizon CEO Gary Skoien called the Tulsa mayor’s office on March 29 to deliver the news. Gap launches two outlet ecommerce platforms

During the fourth quarter 2015, Gap Inc. launched dedicated, outlet ecommerce platforms for its Gap Factory and Banana Republic Factory chains. Both concepts can be accessed from either portal. Candlestick Point changes approved by planning board

Amendments requested by Lennar Urban for the development of the former Candlestick Park into Candlestick Point were approved in March by San Francisco’s planning department. Outlets not a good fit for Tailored Brands

Tailored Brands, the holding company formed in January for Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Eminent domain kerfluffle rises up in West Haven

The Gordon Group’s plan for a 230,000-sf outlet center in West Haven, Conn., has created a possible eminent-domain situation because of four properties owned by three holdout owners.
