It’s sunnyside up for outlets

Florida’s overseas tourism was flat in 2015, but the total number of visitors to the state was a recording breaking 105 million, a 6.6 percent increase over 2014. Ownership change in Medford

A division of Diamond Inner Circle Investments of Cleveland, Ohio, closed Feb. 10 on the purchase of Medford (Minn.) Outlet Center. The purchase price was $2.3 million, and the seller was an entity of C-III Asset Management, which handles properties in foreclosure. Ownership change in St. Louis

Namdar Realty Group, of Great Neck, N.Y., is the new owners of the 16-year-old St. Louis Outlet Mall, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch newspaper. Namdar acquired the 1.2 million-sf property, which is in Hazelwood, in February for $4.4 million.
