NED to open third center, Outlets of Little Rock, tomorrow

New England Development will open 328,563-sf Outlets of Little Rock on Friday, Oct. 16. The developer has gone from zero to three outlet centers within 22 months: NED opened centers in Palm Beach in February 2014 and in Asheville, N.C., this May. Tanger trims portfolio, sells five non-core outlet centers

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has completed the sale of five outlet centers to two separate buyers for a total of $150.7 million. Craig Realty Group acquired Tanger Outlets Barstow (Calif.) for $106.7 million. The estimated cap rate on the 171,300-sf property is 5.8 percent. McArthurGlen breaks ground on Designer Outlet Provence

McArthurGlen held groundbreaking ceremonies Oct. 13 for Designer Outlet Provence in Miramas, Bouche-du-Rhône. MCG will invest €120 million in the 25,000-m2 project, with a targeted opening in 2017. Fashion House Moscow starts phase 2

Fashion House Group has begun construction on a 4,500-m2 expansion of Fashion House Outlet Centre Moscow with opening planned for November 2016. Genting UK set to open Outlets at Resorts World Birmingham

Genting UK will partly open its 538,000-sf mixed-use Resorts World Birmingham, England, on Oct. 21, including Next Outlet, Nike Factory and Gap Outlet along with several other outlet stores.
