Japanese fast fashion brand Uniqlo opened with a Black-Friday-like event on Friday, June 5 at the Shops at SkyView Center in Flushing, N.Y., in the New York City borough of Queens. Mitsui Outlet Park opens at Kuala Lumpur Int’l Airport

Japanese developer Mitsui Fudoson opened the 258,000-sf Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA on May 30. The site, at Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang, is less than one hour from downtown and is the first Malaysian outlet center for Mitsui. Lowry Outlet draws 120,000 with Food Festival

Peel Group drew 120,000 shoppers to its Lowry Outlet in Manchester, UK, during the May 2-4 Food Festival 2015.
