McArthurGlen Vancouver announces phase 1 tenants

The MCG-Vancouver Airport JV this week announced 46 tenants for McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport, which is slated to open in July. The project is MCG's first outside of Europe. Simon-Tanger JV acquires land for Columbus outlets

The joint venture of Simon and Tanger Factory Outlet Centers closed May 5 on its $8.7 million purchase of 66 acres in Delaware County, Ohio. The JV plans a 350,000-sf outlet center for the site, which is on Interstate 71 at Routes 36/37, about 25 miles north of Columbus. Sutton Properties plans to break ground in fall 2015 on a 110,000-sf expansion of Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores in Orlando, Fla. Gordon Group signs Was Group to lease Turning Stone outlets

The Was Group is now handling all leasing for the Gordon Group casino-related outlet center project Outlets at Turning Stone in Verona, N.Y.
