The world’s 35 largest outlet centers – those that are 500,000 sf or bigger – are mostly found in North America. Twenty-five of the world’s largest are in the U.S., and three are in Canada. Tanger preps Savannah and Foxwoods openings

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers will open Tanger Outlets Savannah in Pooler, Ga., on April 16 and follow briskly by opening Tanger Outlets Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Conn., on May 21. NED preps Asheville opening, sets Little Rock date

Neinver outlet sales approach €1 billion

Neinver, the second largest European outlet-center developer and operator, reported that its 15 centers recorded more than 41 million visitors in 2014, a 5 percent increase over 2013 footfall. Germany cuts radius restrictions

The Federal Cartel Office in Germany issued a decision on March 3 that limits the non-compete radius in retail leases to 50 km (31 miles) and five years.
