Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta rains sales

Glimcher names Seattle outlet tenants

Glimcher Realty Trust, which has been retenanting its value megamalls in Elizabeth, N.J., and Seattle to outlet tenancy, has picked up eight new chains for its newly renovated The Outlet Collection | Seattle. Villeroy & Boch and Oneida have signed 10-year leases to tenant London Designer Outlets, scheduled to open by yearend. 2013 trends positive for Dalton Park

Times might be tough on the high street but Dalton Park in Northeast England is posting solid incremental sales growth since opening in 2003. The world’s 35 largest outlet centers – those that are 500,000 sf or bigger – are mostly found in North America. Twenty-five of the world’s largest are in the U.S., and three are in Canada.
