Opening grows near for Toronto Premium Outlets

Simon Property Group and Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust are in the final stages of prepping for the Aug. 1 grand opening of Toronto Premium Outlets. Fashion House outlet center opens in Moscow

Fashion House Outlet Centre Moscow opened June 27 with a tenant line-up that includes Adidas, Lacoste, Nike, Puma, Quiksilver, Reebok and Tommy Hilfiger. Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay breaks ground

On July 10, Lockard Companies, Dolphin Ventures and EWB Development joined local officials in Texas to officially break ground on the Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay. Simon acquires Craig’s outlet center in Oregon

In a deal with roots dating back to 1995, Simon Property Group has acquired for an undisclosed price Craig Realty Group’s 388,378-sf outlet center in Woodburn, Ore. The world’s 35 largest outlet centers – those that are 500,000 sf or bigger – are mostly found in North America. Twenty-five of the world’s largest are in the U.S., and three are in Canada. Tanger, RioCan break ground on 2 projects

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers and RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust were busy in mid-May with groundbreakings on two projects totaling nearly 450,000 sf of outlet GLA.
