Transactions: Who’s paying how much for what

A look at some of the past week's notable retail property transactions:

• A Dallas-based private investor purchased the 78,000-square-foot, Food Lion–anchored Alexander Village, in Morrisville, N.C., near Raleigh, for $11.3 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a private owner.

• Chen Cube Properties bought the two-level, 22,000-square-foot Merrimon Square, in Asheville, N.C., for $5.9 million from Merrimon Realty Partners LLC. Tenants there include Poppy Popcorn, Urban Burrito and Zen Sushi.

Kimco Realty sold the 91,000-square-foot Chain O' Lakes Plaza, in Winter Haven, Fla., for $6 million. Tenants include Big Lots, Family Dollar, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Rainbow Shops. The Shopping Center Group represented the seller

• RCG Ventures sold the 140,600-square-foot Governor’s Crossing, near Knoxville, Tenn., to Time Equities for $13.9 million. Investment Properties Group — part of SRS Real Estate Partners — represented the seller. Tenants include Books-A-Million, Catherine’s, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Shoe Carnival and Workout Anytime.

• Biddulph Plaza Shopping Center LLC bought the 203,000-square-foot, Giant Eagle–anchored Biddulph Plaza, in Brooklyn, Ohio, for $10 million. R.G. Nieto Co. will manage the center.

DDR sold the 342,600-square-foot Silver Spring Square, in Mechanicsburg, Pa., to The Wilder Cos. and an institutional real estate fund. CBRE represented the seller. Tenants at this Wegmans-anchored property include Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Lane Bryant, Petco, Ross Dress for Less and Ulta. The price was not disclosed
