Enterprise, Ala.
Moore Company Realty says renovations to its Dauphin Plaza, as the recently acquired property is to be renamed, will include new roofing and paint plus a tower element, to attract more-upscale tenants. Dothan Eagle

Cupertino, Calif.
Kimco Realty says it will add a 185-room boutique hotel with a rooftop restaurant to its Cupertino Village. Construction on the project, near Apple Inc.’s headquarters, is to take about 30 months to complete. The Mercury News

Pasadena, Md.
Construction is under way on the renovation of the 319,500-square-foot Pasadena Crossroads, which is welcoming new tenants. Hobby Lobby is to open inside a former Kmart store, and HomeGoods, T.J.Maxx and Sprouts Farmers Market will be opening later this year. Pasadena Voice

Atlanta
Branch Ashwood Associates has plans to develop the Perimeter Marketplace retail center, comprising a 25,000-square-foot grocery store, a bank, a RaceTrac gas station and several restaurants. AJC

Town & Country Foods says it will open a new freestanding supermarket here by next May. KRTV

Charlotte, N.C.
EB Arrow intends to spend about $18.2 million to redevelop the University Place retail center as a five-story, 182,000-square-foot, mixed-use complex with office, civic and ground-floor retail space. The developer will also add the Novel University Place, a 308-unit, garden-style, multifamily property (to be developed by Crescent Communities), plus a 2.5-acre park. WSOC-TV

Bristol, Tenn.
Best Buy says it will build a $2 million store at the 1.3 million-square-foot Pinnacle mixed-use property. WCYB5

Knoxville, Tenn.
R&R Properties is developing a 15,000-square-foot Duluth Trading Company store and a 1,750-square-foot drive-through restaurant at its Kingston Corner shopping center. Knoxville News Sentinel 

Alexandria, Va.
The former Potomac Yard shopping center, near Amazon.com’s planned new headquarters, is to be converted to a mixed-use center accommodating Virginia Tech’s Innovation campus. WUSA9

Lynchburg, Va.
Liberty University announced plans to renovate its River Ridge mall to include kiosks, cell-phone-charging stations, soft seating and greenery. Construction is to begin in late June, and the completion date is set for early next year. The News & Advance
