In the pipeline: Who’s building what where

Macon, Ga.
Corporate Property Group says it wants to build an 8,500-square-foot shopping center divided into spaces for a restaurant and some service tenants. The plans had originally called for a larger mixed-use property. The Telegraph

West Fayetteville, Ga.
Construction on Town Center at Pinewood Forest, a master-planned residential community with some 40,000 square feet of retail space, kicks off this spring. Completion is anticipated for sometime in the first quarter of 2020. Among the tenants: five restaurants and a boutique movie theater. The Citizen
 

Arlington, Ill.
Southpoint Shopping Center will add a 10,000 square-foot building that could house as many as three businesses and a drive-through. The developers are to repurpose a portion of the parking lot that serves tenants Chili’s, Floor & Décor and Olive Garden, removing about 80 parking spaces. Journal & Topics

Roxbury, N.J.
TAPintoRoxbury is redeveloping the former Ledgewood Mall into an open-air center called Shops at Ledgewood. Tenants there include Marshalls, 24 Hour Fitness, Ulta Beauty and a Walmart Supercenter. The project is to open before 2020. Hopatcong Lake Regional News

Paramus, N.J.
Developer Joseph Montesano has plans to demolish a Stop & Shop–owned site and build a 55,000-square-foot grocery store, with some sit-down and drive-through restaurants and an urgent-care facility in more-scaled-down buildings. North Jersey Record  

Harrisburg, Pa.
Nassimi Realty plans to focus on signing discount-oriented retailers to its recently purchased Kline Plaza. A Giant supermarket and a Citi Trends are among the current tenants. ABC 27

Richmond, Va.
Atlanta-based Salomon Real Estate Group has filed plans to transform a former Wells Fargo bank building in Chesterfield into Chesterfield Plaza, a 9,000-square-foot retail center. Richmond Biz Sense

Tacoma, Wash.
PMF Investments is nearing completion of a multimillion makeover of Tahoma Vista Shopping Center that will see Big Lots move into the property’s former Kmart anchor store. Grocery Outlet, in turn, will open a 23,000-square-foot store in the former Big Lots space. Additional tenants include Burger King, Taco Bell and O’Reilly Auto Parts. The News Tribune

Madison, Wis.
Galway Cos. is refurbishing the 42,000-square-foot Lake Edge Shopping Center after purchasing it last year. The center will add three new tenants this year and is to get a paint job and some minor exterior improvements this summer. Wisconsin State Journal
