1. Curry Up Now

Curry Up Now says it seeks to develop at least 500 sites over the next 36 months. Its units typically measure between 1,500 and 2,500 square feet. Read more.

2. Domino's

The chain says it will spend about $120 million to prep its suppliers to handle 2,350 new shops, on top of its 5,650 existing ones. Read more.

3. The Halal Guys

The company, which began franchising in 2015, has ballooned to 77 shops, with nine more set to open this month, bringing the total that will have opened this year alone to 30. Read more.

4.Paris Baguette

Paris Baguette, a global French bakery-café chain that actually happens to be based in and operated from South Korea, has big ambitions in the U.S., including the addition by 2020 of some 350 shops to its current total of roughly 50 here. Read more.
