ICSC is committed to bringing our event attendees together safely and with the proper health precautions in place but cannot guarantee that event attendees, exhibitors, vendors or other participants will not become infected with COVID or any other transmissible virus, and by voluntarily attending an ICSC event, you accept and assume the risk of possible exposure or contraction of the same. Additionally, the goal of ICSC events is to provide a welcoming, congenial atmosphere for Marketplaces Industry professionals to connect with peers, conduct business and learn more about relevant topics. As a reminder, we expect all attendees and exhibitors at ICSC events to treat fellow attendees, speakers, service providers and the ICSC team with the utmost respect. We do not tolerate disruptive, hateful or harmful language or conduct including name calling or otherwise provoking an individual regarding a particular topic, specifically as it relates to non-business issues. Additionally, please do not bring material related to political or social issues – such as flags, banners, or signs – to the event, as such items may distract from the purpose of the event.

Yes, booth exhibition spaces are available at all ICSC@ events. Exhibition fees vary. Please contact the ICSC tradeshow team to inquire about the specific regional dealmaking event that you are interested in.

Yes, tabletop exhibition spaces are available at all ICSC& events. There is no charge to exhibit at these events, but you must be registered for the event to secure a complimentary table. Please contact the ICSC events team for more information. 

How long are these events?
ICSC& events can be up to two days long.

The ICSC LOCAL event series are intimate gatherings designed to facilitate greater network building and information sharing among local marketplaces industry professionals.

No. These events are open to all ICSC members and non-members interested in growing their marketplaces industry network.

The ICSC Virtual Series consists of informative webinars and online discussions exploring a range of topics including industry growth and innovation, global insights and analysis, and professional development and next generation leadership.

ICSC members may log into My ICSC to view their registered events.

All event registrants may also confirm by contacting us at +1 844 728 ICSC (US/Canada) or +1 646 728 3800 (worldwide).

ICSC members may log into My ICSC, and find the relevant event under “Your events.” Click “Cancel/Refund” under the corresponding event, complete your information and click "Submit."

Non-members may email membership@icsc.com or call +1 844 728 ICSC (US/Canada) or +1 646 728 3800 (worldwide).

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

The event attendee list can be found in “Additional Resources” section on the event page. 

ICSC members may access attendee lists by logging onto www.icsc.com and visiting the event page.

Non-members must log into www.icsc.com using the event registrant ID from their registration confirmation.

Non-members will continue to have access to the attendee list for 30 days after the event.

Every event with a trade show component will have a link to "Exhibitors" on that event page when the list becomes available. This list is available to everyone, searchable and links to the floor plan.

Visit the corresponding event page and locate the application under "Additional Resources" or email the Event Contact listed for that event.

No. ICSC does not sell its attendee lists, and no third–party is authorized to distribute or sell any attendee lists related to our events. 

Should you receive any solicitations offering such lists, we encourage you to block the sender, delete the email and report scammers to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission fraud division.

Note, past events will only display in search if they are within six (6) months of the event’s respective date.
