In addition, he is member of the Executive Board of the European Public Real Estate Association. He has an MSc in Real Estate, Project Management & Housingand a postdoctoral degree in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam.

Then he worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. (1994 - 2008), first in London and then in New York, where he was a managing director in the Leverage & Acquisition Finance department.

Previously, he held a number of positions in real estate companies. He was notably Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer of the pan-European platform Simon Ivanhoe from 1999 to 2007. He then joined Unibail Rodamco’s International team, acting as Deputy Chief Investment Officer in charge of acquisitions, sales and M&A transactions. Jean-Marc, age 49, is a graduate of the HEC Paris business school.

Marcus is the CEO of SES Spar European Shopping Centers, the strategic real estate and shopping centre unit of the SPAR Austria Group, which he joined in 1994. His experience in retail, real estate and shopping centre development spans 20 years. Marcus is a member of the administrative board of ASPIAG Despar Italy, and served as Chair of the European Advisory Board ICSC from 2009-2012. In 2013 Marcus was elected by ICSC’s Global Executive Committee as the Divisional Vice President for ICSC’s European Division and he also serves on ICSC’s Board of Trustees.

Along with his responsibilities at Acadia, Kenneth sits on the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves as the 2017/2018 Chairman. He received his BA from the University of Vermont and his JD from Boston University School of Law.

Prior to joining TH Real Estate, Marta worked for almost ten years at Grupo Lar, occupying various positions, such as Asset Manager and Investment Manager, managing and closing deals valued at over €1bn.
