The mission of the ICSC Office of Global Public Policy is to actively shape public policy and influence the Federal, State, local, provincial and European Union's legislative, regulatory and political processes for the benefit of our members.
Your elected representatives pay close attention to grassroots points of view expressed by their constituents, and take those views into account when the final votes are cast. That's why YOU, as an informed and active constituent, can play the most important role of all in shaping legislation.

ICSC Members and non-members may request ICSC’s participation to file an amicus curiae brief, either independently or with others, in pending appeals on issues of importance to the shopping center industry. Amicus participation requests are reviewed by ICSC’s Legal Department in consultation with the ICSC Legal Advisory Council.
