Outlet shoppers from Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding areas turn out in droves at JMJ Property’s Outlets at Albertville, which gives the market its first taste of upscale outlet retailing. An estimated 120,000 people attended the center’s grand-opening weekend in late April.
