category of the MAXI award won by First Colony Mall as written
on page 37 of the MAXI 2003 supplement, which was mailed
with this issue of SCT, is mislabeled. First Colony
won a MAXI for leasing support. Also, the entry on page
40 contains an incorrect photo and caption. The person shown
is not Julie Crane Rickey, SCMD.

An item about General Growth Properties’ purchase of
Coronado Center, Albuquerque, N.M., in November’s SCT
incorrectly identified the seller. The seller is Heitman
Retail Properties.
