Erik Christopher returns to Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust as a regional director of leasing. Before this appointment, Christopher was a vice president of leasing and development for Newman Development Group, Vestal, N.Y. From 1996 to 1999 Christopher was a senior leasing representative at PREIT-Rubin, the company’s management arm.

The Mills Corp. appointed John K. Ferguson, CMD, marketing director for Cincinnati Mills, which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2004. Previously, Ferguson was marketing director at Tower Place, the retail portion of Carew Tower, a Cincinnati mixed-use center owned by Faison Associates, Charlotte, N.C.

Michael P. Dillon joined Marcus & Millichap as a senior director of the national retail group in the firm’s Chicago office. Dillon was a managing director in the Chicago office of Insignia/ESG Capital Advisors Group.

Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Los Angeles, promoted Mary Korkodian to operations manager at Triangle Square Shopping Center, Costa Mesa, Calif. Korkodian had been assistant property manager.

The Macerich Co. appointed Heather S. Drake, CMD, senior marketing manager of FlatIron Crossing, Broomfield, Colo. Drake was marketing manager at Macerich’s South Towne Center, Sandy, Utah.

The Festival Cos., Los Angeles, hired David DeLille, CMD, as director of marketing for Buena Park (Calif.) Downtown, a retail and entertainment center owned jointly by Sunrise Buena Park and Marketplace Investors. DeLille was marketing manager at the Galleria at Tyler, Riverside, Calif. Before that, he was marketing director at Carousel Mall, San Bernardino, Calif.

Grubb & Ellis Paramount, Northbrook, Ill., named Camille Perry senior market research analyst at its Grand Rapids, Mich., office. Before joining Grubb & Ellis, Perry was an information management coordinator for CB Richard Ellis.

Robert W. Cade left Merrill Lynch to join Philadelphia-based RAIT Investment Trust as a vice president and director of originations.

Crosland, Charlotte, N.C., promoted Peter B. Pappas, a 20-year employee, to president of its retail division. Susan McGuire, CLS, CSM, succeeds Pappas as senior vice president of retail. She had been vice president of retail.

Colliers ABR, New York City, tapped Michael J. Hofmann to be head of its retail brokerage division. Hofmann was senior vice president of Alfred Dunhill Americas.

Jeannie M. Willhide joined Jeffrey M. Brown Associates, a Philadelphia-based construction management company, as marketing director. Previously, Willhide was a communications and graphic design specialist for Skanska USA Building.

K. Dieter Hausmann, joined TES Engineering as a senior mechanical engineer. Hausmann had been running his own engineering firm in Westlake, Ohio.
