Linda Smith Frost

General Growth Properties hired Richard C. Forster and Linda Smith Frost as general manager and senior marketing manager, respectively, for the Northridge (Calif.) Fashion Center. Previously, Forster was vice president of operations at Sims-Group Management, Stockton, Calif. Frost formerly worked as a consultant at The Shops on Lake Avenue, Pasadena, Calif., for Providence, R.I.-based Starwood Wasserman.

Coyote Management, Addison, Texas, named Elizabeth D. Kelley, SCSM, SCMD, general manager of Sarasota (Fla.) Square Mall. Previously, Kelley was vice president and general manager of Southgate Plaza, Sarasota.

The Related Cos., New York City, appointed Mitchell Friedel executive vice president of Related Retail Advisors, a new division of Related Cos. Related Retail Advisors will specialize in leasing, consulting, and program and planning services to developers, owners and managers of retail and mixed-use projects. Before his promotion, Friedel was a senior vice president, responsible for leasing CityPlace, a mixed-use center in West Palm Beach, Fla., and the AOL Time Warner Center, New York City.

Castagna Realty Co., Manhasset, N.Y., named Frank Lauria and Andrea Sanders vice presidents. Lauria will be responsible for architectural oversight, construction management and daily supervision of project sites. Previously, Lauria worked for Stephen Sanders and Associates as a project architect. Sanders will direct branding and communications for Americana Manhasset and Wheatley Plaza, both in Long Island, N.Y.

Kimberly E. Lamb

The Macerich Co., Santa Monica, Calif., promoted J.P. Jones to senior vice president and chief information officer, and Tracey Gotsis to senior vice president of development marketing. The company also promoted Veronica Lovesy, SCMD, to vice president of marketing and Michael Charron to vice president of acquisitions. All of the promotions were a result of integrating the newly acquired Westcor Partners. The regional mall REIT also named Cara Wilson marketing manager of Carmel (Calif.) Plaza. With a background in advertising, Wilson has created major advertising and public relations campaigns for such properties as Sea World and the Los Angeles County Fair.

Storey McDonald Properties, Nashville, Tenn., formed a new property management division and appointed Kimberly E. Lamb its principal. Lamb will direct all facets of the firm’s owned and third-party-managed properties and help evaluate properties for acquisition and development. Previously, Lamb worked in the Brentwood, Tenn., office of First Industrial Realty Trust, Chicago, as a senior property manager.

Mary Jane Morrow

The Mills Corp., Arlington, Va., hired Mary Jane Morrow as CFO and executive vice president. Morrow was vice president of finance and CFO at Kravco Co., a King of Prussia, Pa.-based shopping center development firm.

Yancey-Hausman, Houston, a real estate services firm, hired Rodney Lerner as a senior broker in its retail division. Formerly, Lerner worked for SDE Realty, where he directed retail sales and leasing in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

Champion Development, Los Angeles, appointed Paul Heiss director of retail development. Heiss served as vice president and development director of Washington, D.C.-based Madison Marquette’s Western region.

Thor Equities, a New York City-based real estate investment and development group, hired Charles Brown and Tene Harris as general manager and marketing manager, respectively, at The Gallery at South DeKalb, Decatur, Ga.
