Chase Properties, Beachwood, Ohio, promoted Andrew Kline to senior vice president of acquisitions and operations from leasing representative and Matthew Wilson to senior vice president of leasing from vice president and director of leasing. In addition, CFO Randall Stickler was given the additional title of senior vice president of development.

Kramont Realty Trust, Plymouth Meeting, Pa., hired Louise C. Jennings as regional vice president of leasing. Jennings will oversee leasing in Georgia and Florida. She was president of Real Estate Southeast, Montgomery, Ala.

Thomas Properties Group, Los Angeles, named Diana Laing CFO. She was CFO of Triple Net Properties, Santa Ana, Calif.

RED Development, Omaha, Neb., recruited Wendy Chapman as a leasing associate. Chapman was general manager of One Pacific Place, an upscale open-air shopping center in Omaha.

FRCH Design Worldwide, a Cincinnati-based architectural firm, promoted Thomas E. Horwitz to principal. Horwitz, who was senior vice president of hospitality and restaurants, has been with the firm since 1993.

Charlotte Russe Holding, San Diego, hired Michael Elleman as senior vice president of real estate and construction. Elleman was vice president of real estate at Limited Brands, Columbus, Ohio.

The Kroger Co. promoted Jon C. Flora to senior vice president. Flora was president of the Cincinnati-based supermarket chain’s Great Lakes division, but will now be overseeing several retail operating divisions. Bruce A. Macaulay, who was group vice president of grocery/drug/general merchandise, assumes Flora’s previous post.

Urdang, a Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based real estate investment management firm, hired Scott Lanni as an associate in the acquisitions group at its Newport Beach, Calif., office. Lanni is a recent graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

CB Richard Ellis Hawaii promoted James D. Hasenyager from project manager to senior property manager of Kukui Grove Shopping Center and Commercial Village, on the island of Kauai. The firm also hired Mary Daubert as the property’s marketing director. Daubert was community relations coordinator for Borders Books & Music, also on Kauai.

Walker Parking Consultants hired Mike Martindill as director of business development at its Atlanta office. Martindill returns to the Elgin, Ill.-based firm after leaving in 2000 to become director of business development at Hardin Construction, Atlanta.

Newmark New Spectrum Retail, New York City, promoted Amira Yunis to senior managing director from managing director. Yunis has been with the firm since 2000.

Street-Works, a White Plains, N.Y.-based real estate development consulting firm, recruited Robin Mosle as a partner. Mosle was vice president of development for Rockville, Md.-based Federal Realty Investment Trust.
