Westfield Corp., a subsidiary of Sydney, Australia-based Westfield Holdings, named Kenneth P. Wong president of U.S. operations. He will oversee development, construction, management and leasing. Wong came to Westfield in 2003 as joint COO of development. Before that, he was a partner at The Related Cos., New York City.

Trammell Crow Co. promoted C. Whitney Knoll to partner and principal. Knoll joined Trammell Crow in 2001 and was senior vice president and director of retail investment services in the Atlanta office.

The Home Depot named Brad Shaw senior vice president of corporate communications and external affairs. Shaw was senior vice president of corporate communications at Poway, Calif.-based computer seller Gateway.

Richard A. Campbell III and Beth Clifton joined Bayer Properties, Birmingham, Ala., as broker and leasing coordinator, respectively. Campbell was a director of the bioscience division at Washington, D.C.-based TSC Realty Services. Clifton is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama.

Raymond L. Arthur was promoted to CFO of Toys ‘R’ Us from president of its Internet division, Toysrus.com. He came to Wayne, N.J.-based Toys ‘R’ Us in 1999 from General Signal Corp., Stamford, Conn., where he was controller.

Renee T. Bergeron joined WestWind Capital Partners, Atlanta, as director of asset management. Bergeron was a principal at Atlanta-based Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.

Marc Kopelman joined Stiles Capital Group, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.- based asset-acquisition and management firm, as investment equity director. He was a general partner at Zenith Realty Investments, Pompano Beach, Fla.

Adam Kohler
Adam Kohler joined Fameco Real Estate as a partner. In addition, the Conshohocken, Pa.-based retail property management and brokerage firm hired Diane Weinberg as executive vice president of brokerage services. Kohler was principal of Kohler Group, a now-defunct retail brokerage and management firm, and Weinberg was a managing director in the Conshohocken office of Insignia/ESG, which CB Richard Ellis bought last July. Meanwhile, Jon Kieserman, who was a sales associate at Kohler Group, joins Fameco in the same position.

Cubellis Associates, a Boston-based architectural and engineering firm, hired Richard Hurwitz as vice president of corporate marketing services. Hurwitz was director of business development at The Kay Cos. and Kay Construction Corp., Newton, Mass.

 

Salt Lake City-based architectural firm GSBS brought in Greg Moe as a director of retail architecture. He was group manager for retail centers at Fort Worth, Texas-based Carter & Burgess.
