Kevin P. Walgreen, vice president of store operations and great grandson of founder Charles R. Walgreen Sr., succeeds him. • Costa Mesa, Calif.-based Donahue Schriber named Lisa Nevitt vice president of finance. • Cyndee Smith joined NewQuest Properties, a Houston-based retail real estate services and investment firm, as senior vice president of retail leasing. • John H. Rehling joined brokerage firm Staubach Retail as a senior vice president in its Phoenix office. • CB Richard Ellis recruited Robin Rose as an associate in its retail services group. • NAI Global, a Princeton, N.J.-based investment, management and brokerage firm, hired Mark A. Klionsky as senior vice president of marketing. • Raymond Owono joined Irvine, Calif.-based Johnson Capital, a commercial real estate investment bank, as an asset manager. • Grubb & Ellis Co., Northbrook, Ill., hired Jim Cortney as director of corporate services for its Rocky Mountain region. • The Macerich Co. hired Jeffrey Owen as senior manager of Queens Center, Elmhurst, N.Y., and Denise Smith as marketing manager for Chesterfield Towne Center, Richmond, Va. • Combined Properties hired Jennifer Nettles as vice president of property management. • Jimmy Goodman joined Northbrook, Ill.-based Boulder Net Lease Funds, an investment group that operates private equity real estate funds, as a real estate acquisitions analyst. • Philip Schoonover won a promotion to CEO of Circuit City, Richmond, Va. Schoonover was president. • Regency Centers, Jacksonville, Fla., hired Anne Brettengen as vice president of investment services for its Mid-Atlantic region. • Aubrey E. Cannuscio and Joel E. Kadis were promoted to partner at Burlington, Mass.-based Linear Retail Properties, which buys and operates neighborhood and community centers. Cannuscio was senior vice president of acquisitions; Kadis was senior vice president of leasing and asset management. • GameStop Corp., a Grapevine, Texas-based video game retailer, promoted Steven R. Morgan to president. Morgan was president of GameStop’s North American stores, and before that, president of the Canadian division for Electronics boutique, which GameStop acquired in October. • Michael Dunham joined South Bend, Ind.-based mixed-use developer Holladay Properties as senior vice president of retail development. The Macerich Co. promoted Carol Milton to vice president of legal services. Milton joined Macerich in 1986 as a paralegal. The firm, based in Santa Monica, Calif., also hired Olivia Bartel Leigh as vice president of risk management. Leigh worked for Catellus Development Corp. and Grubb & Ellis. • Conshohocken, Pa.-based Saladworks, a quick-casual restaurant chain that specializes in salads, appointed Paul Steck senior vice president and COO. • Laura May joined Atlanta-based Bull Realty as a sales associate. • Derek Price joined MCG Architecture as a job captain in its Denver office. • Joseph D.
