WHARTON TO HOST ICSC CLASSES

This year ICSC’s University of Shopping Centers will offer more than a dozen new or revised courses. The classes will run March 7-9 and be held on the campus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

The University of Shopping Centers’ 10 schools offer 60 courses overall. The faculty members are industry leaders and recognized experts in the field of retail real estate. The areas of concentration are: Asset Management and General Studies; Development, Design and Construction; Economic Development; Finance, Accounting and Lease Administration; Financial Analysis; Leasing; Open-Air Centers; Operations and Marketing; Retailing; and Shopping Center Law.
