Los Angeles-based O&S Holdings named Michael A. Weinberger general manager of Louisiana Boardwalk, a retail-entertainment center under development in Bossier City, La. The project is slated to open in the spring of 2005. Weinberger was general manager of Northlake Mall, Atlanta, which is owned by Simon Property Group.

 

Margaret Georgilas joined Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Combined Properties as director of West Coast leasing. Georgilas was senior director of leasing in the Sherman Oaks, Calif., office of Beachwood, Ohio-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp.

 

Archon Group, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment and management firm, hired Curt R. Bailey as north central region director in its retail division. Bailey was senior director of real estate at Opus North Corp., a development firm that is also based in Chicago.

 

Michael A. Green joined Kansas City, Mo.-based RED Asset Management, the property management arm of RED Development, as general manager of the planned Legends of Village West. The retail-entertainment center is slated to open in the fall of 2005. Green was general manager of Westfield Shoppingtown Northwest, St. Louis.

 

Noreen Ehrlich joined New York City-based development firm Thor Equities as CFO and executive vice president. She was CFO of Aetos Capital Asia Fund, a New York City-based investment fund that concentrates on Japan.

 

Chicago-based Northern Realty Group, which provides leasing and retail development services, recruited Joseph Grody as senior retail associate. Grody was senior associate at the Addison, Texas-based Staubach Co.

 

Denver-based Dunton Commercial Real Estate hired Daniel Oh as a senior broker. He was a broker at Cincinnati-based brokerage firm Re/Max Unlimited.

 

J.C. Penney Corp. hired Myron E. Ullman III as chairman and CEO, succeeding Allen Questrom, who is retiring. Ullman was a group managing director for luxury retailer LVMH Möet Hennessy Louis Vuitton.

 

New York City-based PBS Realty Advisors appointed Jack W. Drapacz director and general counsel. Drapacz was president of Global Brand Advisors, a retail consulting firm based in New York City.

 

Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, a Baltimore-based commercial development and construction firm, recruited Kristin Doehring as marketing manager. Doehring joins the firm from Baltimore-based First Mariner Bank, where she was marketing director.

 

New York City-based Financo named Bill S. Susman president and COO. Susman was a managing director at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he oversaw the retail and consumer products investment banking group.

 

Columbus, Ohio-based Bravo Development hired Tom P. McCarty as a real estate consultant. McCarty will remain a partner and principal of MKJ Advisors, a brokerage firm in Scottsdale, Ariz.
