EXEC GETS FIRST DAVIS SCHOLARSHIP

The first Barry M. Davis Memorial Next Generation Educational Scholarship was awarded at last month’s New York Conference. Erica Bazzano, a corporate accounting manager at The Hutensky Group, a Hartford, Conn.-based development firm, was the recipient. The scholarship, administered through ICSC’s Educational Foundation, was created in memory of Barry M. Davis, co-founder of Sun Management Corp. and an active ICSC supporter. It pays all expenses for attendance at both levels of the John T. Riordan School of Professional Development.

“We tried to choose someone who is a good candidate to carry on Barry’s legacy of integrity, said David Firestein, senior vice president of White Plains, N.Y.-based Northwest Atlantic and chairman of the scholarship committee.
