To our readers:

You may have noticed that the copy of SCT you are reading looks slightly different from past issues. That’s because for the first time since 1979, when the ICSC Today newsletter became Shopping Centers Today magazine, we have changed the trim size of the publication. It’s a minor alteration — SCT is roughly 1.5 inches shorter and a bit narrower than before — but enough to make the magazine easier to handle and to fit into a briefcase. Just like any shopping center that’s been around since the 1970s, SCT needed a more contemporary look. So in addition to the new size, Art Director Linda “L.T.” Thomas has revamped our design with new graphics and page layouts. Though we’re somewhat smaller and have a new look, you can rest assured that Editor-in-Chief Edmund Mander and his team will continue to provide you with the same amount of in-depth reporting and news coverage that has made SCT the leading publication in the industry.
