ICSC ROLLS AT ALL-TIME HIGH

Despite uncertainty about the economy — or perhaps because of it — ICSC membership and enrollment for its 2003 Spring Convention are at all-time highs. Membership was at 40,855 in December, while registration for the convention was 8,409 as of that month, up from 6,370 in December 2001.
