Class Hours: All classes run Monday through Thursday during the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:30 am - 12:00 noon. There will be a 15-minute refreshment break at 10:00 am and at 3:00 pm.

Certificate programs that build upon the material taught in the first level, geared for individuals with three or more years of industry experience seeking to achieve a higher level of excellence.

Frequently Asked Questions

The typical Institute certificate program is five days in duration with two 3-1/2 hour sessions a day, except one day with a single 3-1/2 hour session. Activities are varied, ranging from formal lectures, class discussions and workshops to informal exchanges of information. One of the great benefits of attending is the opportunity for networking with colleagues.

Note: ICSC will mail your certificate of completion after your attendance and the fulfillment of all course requirements has been verified. Individuals who miss one or more classes will not receive a completion certificate.
