This comprehensive program shows how all the pieces of developing, managing, leasing and marketing a shopping center work together. Each Institute includes nine 3˝ hour comprehensive courses directly aligned to content areas on ICSC Certification exams. Complete two Institutes in your discipline within a two year period and your exam registration is free.

On-Demand ePractice Tests

Tuition: $10 Members | $10 Non-Members
These on-demand practice tests are available online, offering participants an opportunity to instantly learn how exam questions are structured. It also highlights their strengths and weaknesses in the subject matter on the exam to assist in planning and preparation for the full length exam. Prometric, the worldwide testing service that administers the ICSC certification exams, also administers the ePractice Tests.

These 2-hour certification review courses are offered online, anytime, anywhere. The courses, available for each certification program, provide candidates with an in-depth information about the exam, including an in-depth overview and breakdown of the exam content. Practice questions and test taking techniques are included.
RECon Certification Exam Reviews

These 2.5 hour certification review courses are offered in a classroom format at RECon. They aim to provide candidates with insider information about the exam, including an in-depth overview and breakdown of the exam content. Practice questions and test-taking techniques are included.
Virtual Certification Study Series

This 12-unit virtual studies series is available for each certification program. Meeting by webinar one day a week, each study session is focused on one content area on your exam. Each unit will include a study guide, suggested reading and a field exercise. This is a great opportunity to connect with other candidates for in-depth content review, facilitated by a subject matter expert who works closely with ICSC and offers insider insights about preparing for the exam.

These complimentary networking events are available at some of ICSC’s largest industry meetings. Each event includes a short presentation or panel discussion about attaining professional certification, followed by opportunities for one-on-one and group discussion. eDistance Learning for Shopping Center Management

This one year online self-study course provides candidates with the opportunity to learn shopping center management fundamentals and apply them to their day-to-day responsibilities.
