Issue:
A proposed subtenant brought in by a tenant ended up signing a lease directly with the landlord for a different

space in the building. The tenant claimed the landlord had interfered with its sublease, but the court disagreed.

It found there was no proof that the tenant had an agreement with the proposed subtenant and that the landlord

had not dissuaded the subtenant from subletting from the tenant.
