Research Resource Center

ICSC's Research Resource Center is the central hub for industry research and information, as well as research services. This is the launching point for: (1) ICSC's Albert Sussman electronic library—the world's largest online retail real estate library. (2) ICSC's statistical database with several thousand industry time series. (3) The Research-on-Demand video series, which includes (a) a video learning series that are short introductory lectures on a topic by a leading expert, as well as a reading list for a deeper understanding of that topic and (b) the home of ICSC’s Industry Leaders video series. (4) Country Fact Sheets—high level data on the retail real estate industry in specific countries worldwide. (5) Online links to all ICSC publications, including Retail Property Insights and other timely reports. (6) Access to an industry photo library—ICSC's PhotoCenter. (7) Information about the Research Mentor program. (8) Information about ICSC's Research Scholar program. (9) The access point for ICSC’s Global Shopping Center Directory (powered by Real Capital Analytics). And more. These resources are available to ICSC members as a benefit of membership.
