Position:  Real Estate Operations Coordinator

Timing:  Immediately available

Description:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced commercial real estate development company. The employee will be charged with overseeing day-to-day operations of the office and providing technical and administrative support for real estate development projects. The individual we are looking for is a self-starter who is extremely organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate would have experience dealing with development projects, leases, contracts, and/or construction documents.  They must truly enjoy all aspects of business, be hungry to learn and take pride in their role contributing to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Process construction related documents including: Notice to Owners and invoices
• Monitor and abstract lease and contract obligations to ensure all commitments are met
• Manage and coordinate all vendor relationships and service providers for Equinox
• Oversee the organization of all electronic and hard-copy files
• Review office operations and implement improvements if necessary
• Maintain database of contacts for marketing distributions
• Provide property management oversight to the portfolio of projects owned by Equinox
• Occasionally perform administrative duties such as: answering phones, scanning and photocopying, managing calendars, processing mail, coordinating technical service calls, etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Must have experience working in the real estate, legal or finance industry – preferably in commercial real estate
• Exceptional organization skills and experience implementing organizational practices
• Must be flexible, detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact and communicate professionally with a variety of people including executives, consultants, and clients
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with legal documents, such as leases and contracts, is a plus
• Public Notary is a plus but not required
