• What are the benefits of membership?
  For information on member benefits, please visit our Web site to view the "What Can ICSC Do For You?" page and to view the Membership page. You may also call the Information Center at +1 646 728 3800 to talk to someone directly about member benefits.
• How do I join ICSC?
  Click the Join ICSC button on the ICSC website home page.and follow the instructions to fill out the online form. You may also submit an application through mail or fax. Our application forms are at the bottom of the Membership page.
• How much does it cost?
  If your company is not a currently active ICSC member, you must register as an Official Member. If your company is already an active ICSC member, you pay the Affiliate rate. Rates vary according to your member category and geographic region. Click here to see the member categories/rates.
• What is the difference between Regular and Associate membership?
  A Regular Member falls under one of the following categories: Owner/Developer, Retailer or Lending Institution. All others are considered Associate Members. Regular Members have voting rights and can sit as an ICSC Trustee. All members of any type can serve on committees and in state/provincial leadership positions.
• Is there as Individual member fee?
  No, there are only Official Members and Affiliate Members
• I just started my own business. What will my membership fee be?
  You will need to become an Official Member with your new company.
• I have lost my job. Can ICSC do something for me, so I can continue my membership?
  Yes, under certain circumstances, you may be eligible for our Stay Connected program. Contact Randi Glass at rglass@icsc.org for details.
• How do I renew my membership?
  To renew your membership online, just click here and follow the simple instructions. If you are a member, but have not already signed on, you will be asked to do so before you can renew your membership. You may also submit a renewal application through mail or fax. Our application forms are at the bottom of the Membership page.
• Can I renew over the phone?
  Yes. Call the Information Center at +1 646 728 3800 and they will be glad to assist you with a credit card payment.
• Did you receive my dues payment?
  You can check by first logging onto the website, then clicking on "My Profile". From there you click on the "Due Payment History" in the right navigation bar and it will give a history of your payments from the time you first joined ICSC. • I forgot my membership number.
  Your membership number is usually on the mailing label of any material sent to you by ICSC. Check there first. If you don't find it there, you can call our Information Center at +1 646 728 3800.
• Can I transfer my membership?
  If your new company is a member of ICSC then yes you can. You can also transfer your membership if you paid for it yourself. Just put your request in writing and email it to membership@icsc.org or fax to +1 732 694 1800
• How do I find another ICSC member?
  Go to the Member Search section of the ICSC Web site. You will be given a series of options (search by name, company, etc.). Make your selections and click on the "Search" button. If you are a member, but have not already signed on, you will be asked to do so before you can search the membership directory.
• How can I download a membership list?
  ICSC does not provide digital or paper mailing lists. A list of members is available, for members only, on the Web site. Go to the Member Search section of the site. You will be given a page that lists several options to search the membership database. Once you have selected a list, you may subsequently select any member to find out his or her contact information. You must be signed on as a member before you can view the membership list.
• How can I change my company listing in the Member Company Directory?
  Go the Membership Company Directory. Click on the maintain link. You will notice several blank fields that you may fill out. Please note that your Company Name and Business Type are not editable as these are set in our membership database when you join. Once you have filled out all the editable fields, please click on "submit" at the bottom of the page. For more information contact the Information Center at +1 646 728 3800.
• Why are nonmembers allowed to sign on?
  We assign an ID number to nonmembers as a unique identifier to track balances, access listings that need to be edited, etc. However, this type of sign-on will not allow access to member-only areas.
• I'm not an ICSC member but I have an ID number because I was a member / I attended a meeting / I subscribe to SCT...Can I use my ID# to access ICSC.org?
  Absolutely, but you will not be allowed access to member-only areas.
