Undergraduate Real Estate Award

The ICSC Foundation is proud to announce the Undergraduate Real Estate Award Program. This new award program will annually provide twenty five $1,000.00 scholarships to a junior or senior enrolled in the undergraduate real estate program that exhibits a career interest in the retail real estate sector. This initial phase of this new program is being offered to 22 U.S. universities and 3 in Canada. This new scholarship award program has two primary objectives:

To help familiarize universities offering real estate as an undergraduate major with ICSC.
And to build and strengthen relationships between the undergraduate real estate program and ICSC, as well as the ICSC Foundation.
