Mall of Arabia Cairo
Guinness World record for the most blood glucose test taken in 24 hours
Arabian Centres noticed a trend, 30,000 of the centres visitors all fit the potential demographic for diabetes. In order to increase public awareness, the centre worked with the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (EPSF) and together they created an organized health campaign. The main purpose of the "Guinness World record for the most blood glucose test taken in 24 hours" campaign was to raise an immense amount of awareness in 24 hours, through blood glucose tests. Setting a new global record, the campaign brought supporters from all over the region to the Mall of Arabia Cairo. The centre’s campaign was a success; Arabian Centres took a stand against diabetes, achieved a new world record, and brought the community together.
