Shopping centers are an integral part of the community and have a long history of community outreach. The ICSC Foundation’s Community Support Award contests recognize a variety of corporate social responsibility and community outreach efforts by shopping centers, their management companies or developers. There are 10 regional winners, who are entered into the international competition: the Albert Sussman International Community Support Award.
Community Support Award recipients receive:
- Industry-wide recognition for your center's committement to social responsibility
- An award presentation at a regional industry event
- A commemorative crystal award
- PLUS, a $5,000 USD grant for the partnering charity
