Upon joining ICSC, all new members receive a notice on
the use of the ICSC logo. This notice contains acceptable designs and a statement of rules
on the use of the logo. You may download
the ICSC logo in various formats from ICSC.org. To receive the
current policy on acceptable usage of the ICSC logo, call +1 646 728 3509
or see
the logo policy on ICSC.org.
The critical provisions in the policy are the statements that the ICSC identification cannot be used in a context which creates the inference that ICSC approves of, endorses or recommends the company, product or service, and that the ICSC identification cannot be used in any advertisement or literature containing a discriminatory element.
Any misuse of the ICSC identification should be called to the attention of the ICSC President at +1 646 728 3810 or General Counsel at +1 646 728 3499.

Each division has its own group of ICSC volunteer officials, headed up by the Division Vice President (who is also an ICSC Trustee), as well as the divisional officers in Government Relations, Alliance Operations, Public Relations & Community Services, and Retail.
Within each division, a set of State/Provincial Officials oversees volunteer activity in their region. These are the State/Provincial Retail, Alliance Operations and Government Relations Committee Chair, all of whom report to the State/Provincial Director.
