French Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC)

CNCC France

The French Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC) was created in 1983 for many reasons:

  • To promote exchanges between various shopping center professionals.
  • To provide representation of the fairly new but growing shopping center industry to various organizations/forums that influence public policy.
  • To defend all stakeholders’ shopping centers interests.
  • To develop studies, indices, benchmark tools, study tours, publications.
  • To provide business opportunities to all its members.

The CNCC include investors, promoters, managing companies, retailers and a number of professionals closely associated to the shopping center industry, such as architects, real estate agents, members of communication agencies, etc.

It comprises also more than 100 shopping centers retailer associations and other relevant groups.

All together its membership consists in more than 350 corporate companies.

CNCC has created and develops a major event “SIEC” held yearly in June at CNIT La Defense Paris, consisting in a very busy business oriented exhibition dedicated to the French Shopping Center market together with high level conferences with exclusive keynote speakers.

SIEC welcomes every year more than 4000 participants and 100+ exhibitors.
