ARTICLE VIII: PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS. Members of the Council who qualify may earn professional certification in such areas of expertise as may be designated by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees, or a duly appointed committee of the Council, shall award the certification, may adopt rules and regulations concerning the qualifications for the award, may authorize certification, may adopt a code of professional or business ethics applicable to persons so certified, may create a committee or committees to administer the rules and regulations governing the award of such certificates or to pass upon application for such certificates and may delegate any of its powers to such committees.
