Anti-Trust Policy
It is the express policy and intention of ICSC to comply at all times with all existing laws, including the antitrust laws. ICSC is not intended to, and may not play any role in the competitive decisions of its members or their employers, or in any way restrict competition in the retail real estate industry. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, pricing methods, terms or conditions of sales, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation.
