The Russian Council of Shopping Centers is a trade and professional association of developers, architects, marketing specialists, managers, shopping center owners, operators of retail chains, catering and service.
The Council was established in 2002 under the support of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has since put together a variety of events in order to support the exchange of ideas and networking among those active and/or interested in the Russian shopping center market.
