The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres is the regional body representing shopping mall owners, developers and suppliers in the Middle East and India.

Affiliated to the New York based International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) membership is open to mall owners, developers, marketing managers, leasing managers, retailers, consultants, financiers, government officials and suppliers to the industry.
