Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been set aside at the Sheraton University City Hotel. Secure reservations by using the Hotel Reservation Form. Return the completed hotel reservation form to DePrez Travel at the address indicated or via fax at (585) 442-8934 by January 28, 2012. After this date, all rooms will be reserved on a space-available basis.

Please Note: ICSC is not responsible for reserving or canceling hotel accommodations. All changes or cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to DePrez Travel at (585) 442-8934 by January 29, 2012.
